1. Principles

We aim to keep aouxAI useful and trustworthy. If we show advertising or sponsored content, we apply the following principles:

• Transparency: advertising is labelled so it is recognizable as such.
• Separation: advertising does not change editorial decisions or factual content selection.
• User respect: we avoid deceptive, harmful, or inappropriate advertising.
• Compliance: we follow applicable laws and platform policies, including EU and German consumer protection and advertising rules.

2. Types of commercial content

The Service may include:

• display ads (banners or cards),
• audio ads,
• sponsorship messages,
• affiliate links, and
• partner announcements.

Not all users will see the same ads, and some plans may reduce or remove ads.

3. Sponsored content and labelling

If content is paid for or influenced by a sponsor, it will be clearly marked (for example “Advertisement”, “Sponsored”, “Paid partnership”, or similar wording) in a way that is easy to understand.
