aouxAI is a podcast and audio-content ecosystem operated by aouxAI (the “Provider”, “we”, “us”).

This Licence governs the use of:

• the aouxAI web application and any associated mobile/desktop applications (together, the “App”),
• the aouxAI website, and
• related services, APIs, and content delivery features

(together, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service you agree to this Licence.

1. Grant of licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with this Licence and the Terms of Service.

2. Ownership

• The Service, including the software, design, user interface, trademarks, logos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Provider and its licensors.

3. User content and submissions

If you submit content to the Service (for example feedback, survey responses, support messages, or other communications), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable (only to service providers acting on our behalf) right to use, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works from such submissions for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Service and providing support, unless prohibited by applicable law.

You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
