This Subscription page explains subscription plans, billing, and cancellation rules for aouxAI. It should be read together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

1. Plans

aouxAI may offer:

• a free plan, and
• one or more paid plans (for example “Premium” or “Pro”).

Plan features, pricing, and availability may vary by platform (web, iOS, Android, desktop) and by region. The plan details shown at the time of purchase are part of the contract.

2. Trial offers and promotions

If we offer a free trial or discounted introductory offer:

• the trial duration and conditions are shown at checkout,
• unless stated otherwise, your subscription will renew automatically at the standard price after the trial ends, and
• you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the next period.

Where required by law, you will be clearly informed of the price and renewal terms before purchase.

3. Billing and renewal

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• The renewal date and price will be displayed in your account area and/or at checkout.

If you purchase through a third-party app store or payment provider, billing and renewal are handled by that provider, and their terms may apply in addition to ours.
